Why I am getting the "Server not available" message when trying to log into BriefCam?
One reason this error may appear is if you set an FQDN in the License Server Host field when installing the Web Services component.
To solve this issue, change the value of the License.LicenseManager key in the web application’s config files to the actual machine hostname.
