When trying to upload files, why am I getting the “Error - File failed to upload” error?

To solve this issue:

  1. In the RenderingService.ini file, remove the semicolon (;) from the following row:

    ;BriefCam DirectShow Decoder = E196D49F-D384-46A9-9D76-4CD0326930E8 

  2. In the ProcessingServer.ini file, remove the semicolon (;) from the following row and replace the value:

    From: ;VideoDecoderId = 0CB279A5-F203-4096-929E-975CBB8A71CD 

    To: VideoDecoderId = E196D49F-D384-46A9-9D76-4CD0326930E8
