If you added a rule and there was a Site-Hub communication issue:

Restart the rule in order to see alerts in the Hub.

If you are using a cloud-based environment and there are communication issues between the different machines:

Since cloud-based environments use two sets of IPs (one internal and one external), make sure that the communication between the machines is enabled by checking the firewall on both the public and private IPs.
