要提取成功安装所需的所有现有环境属性，BriefCam请使用Installation Troubleshooting Tool。此工具可用于以下操作系统：Server 2012、Server 2016、Windows 10和Windows 11。

  1. 转到{BriefCam Server installation folder}tools该文installation_troubleshooter件夹及其所有内容，并将其复制到正在运行的目录。

  2. 以管理员权限运行文installation_troubleshoot.bat件。

  3. 有关设BriefCam Administrator Console置的信息，请打开该db_tool_input.txt文件。
